Sistema to partially monetize its stake in Segezha Group

Segezha Group announces pricing of IPO and listing on Moscow Exchange

Moscow, 28 April 2021 – Sistema PJSFC notes the announcement by its subsidiary, Segezha Group PJSC regarding the final offering price in respect of its initial public offering&nbsp;and listing of ordinary shares on Moscow Exchange.

 Segezha Group intends to conduct an IPO 

Moscow, 12 April 2021 – Sistema PJSFC notes that its subsidiary, Segezha Group PJSC, announced its intention to conduct an initial public offering of ordinary shares and to list on Moscow Exchange.

Joint venture of Sistema and Sber increases stake in JSC Elektrozavod 

19 February 2021, Moscow – Sistema PJSFC announces that LLC Megapolis Invest (the “Purchaser”), a joint venture between Sistema (75.86%) and LLC Sberbank Investments (24.14%), has signed an agreement to acquire an additional 29.64% stake in JSC Elektrozavod from a private investor for RUB 5.8bn. Following completion of the transaction, the Purchaser will hold a 94.01% stake in JSC Elektrozavod.

Joint venture of Sistema and Sber acquires Elektrozavod Group 

28 December 2020, Moscow – Sistema PJSFC announces that LLC Megapolis Invest (the “Purchaser”), a joint venture between Sistema (75.86%) and LLC Sberbank Investments (24.14%), has closed the transaction whereby it acquired a 64.37% stake in JSC Elektrozavod and 100% in LLC Elektrokombinat (“Elektrozavod Group”) from certain private investors (“the Transaction”). The Transaction was valued at RUB 24.7bn. The goal of the Transaction is to create Russia’s leading manufacturer of transformer equipment and implement a real estate development project on land plots located in Moscow owned by Elektrozavod Group.

Sistema agrees to acquire Elektrozavod Group 

23 December 2020, Moscow – Sistema PJSFC announces that its affiliate LLC Megapolis Invest has entered into agreements to acquire a 64.37% share in JSC Elektrozavod and control over 100% in LLC Elektrokombinat from certain private investors for RUB 24.7bn (with a net cash position) with the goal of creating Russia’s leading manufacturer of transformer equipment and implementing a real estate development project on land plots located in Moscow owned by Elektrozavod Group.
