MTS CEO Increases stake in company    

Sistema makes top 3 of ESG ranking of Russia's public financial companies

Information on a transaction under the MTS share buyback programme

Moscow, 2 July 2021 – Sistema PJSFC announces that Sistema has sold 7,273,992 ordinary shares of PJSC MTS&nbsp; to a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTS, LLC Bastion, as part of MTS share buyback programme in the amount up to RUB 15 billion announced by MTS in March 2021. The amount of the transaction is approximately RUB 2,487 mln.

Moscow, 4 June 2021 – Sistema PJSFC announces that Sistema and its wholly-owned subsidiary Sistema Finance S.A. have sold 6,847,936 shares of PJSC MTS and 1,216,644 shares of MTS in the form of American depository shares, respectively, to a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTS, LLC Bastion, as part of MTS share buyback programme in the amount up to RUB 15 billion announced by MTS in March 2021. The amount of the transactions is approximately RUB 2,648 mln.

Moscow, 6 May 2021 – Sistema PJSFC announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sistema Finance S.A. has sold 7,457,468 shares of PJSC MTS in the form of American depository shares to a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTS, LLC Bastion, as part of MTS share buyback programme in the amount up to RUB 15 billion announced by MTS in March 2021. The amount of the transaction is approximately RUB 2,368 mln.

Moscow, 31 March 2021 – Sistema PJSFC announces that Sistema PJSFC, its wholly-owned subsidiary Sistema Finance S.A. and Sistema Telecom Assets LLC have signed a sale and purchase agreement for shares and American depository shares of PJSC MTS as part of the new buyback programme for MTS shares and American depository shares in the amount up to RUB 15.0 bn approved by the Board of Directors of MTS in March 2021.

Sistema Board of Directors to consider appointment of Alexey Kornya as First Vice President of Sistema

5 March 2021, Moscow – Sistema PJSFC&nbsp;announces that the Corporation’s Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee has today recommended that the Board of Directors of Sistema approve the appointment of Alexey Kornya to the position of First Vice President of the Corporation. The Corporation will announce the decision of the Board of Directors of Sistema in relation to the appointment in due course.

Moscow, 2 December 2020 – Sistema PJSFC announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sistema Finance S.A. has sold 3,222,550 shares of PJSC MTS in the form of ordinary shares and American depository shares to a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTS, LLC Bastion, as part of MTS share buyback programme in the amount up to RUB 15 billion announced by MTS in March 2020. The amount of the transaction is approximately RUB 1 023 mln.

Moscow, 3 November 2020 – Sistema PJSFC announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sistema Finance S.A. has sold 6,420,868 shares of PJSC MTS in the form of ordinary shares and American depository shares to a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTS, LLC Bastion, as part of MTS share buyback programme announced by MTS in March 2020. The amount of the transaction is approximately RUB 2 079 mln.
