Russian Deputy Prime Minister visited Sistema’s Singapore offices

On September 20, during his official trip to Singapore, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov visited the office of Sistema’s subsidiary in Singapore, Sistema Asia Pte. Ltd., that manages Sistema’s investments in India, Singapore and Southeast Asia.

A day before, Sistema Asia Pte. Ltd, Russian Export Centre, Skolkovo Foundation and Enterprise Singapore signed a Memorandum of Understanding committing to establish an Information Communication & Technology Innovation Hub in Singapore and Russia. The hub will leverage the resources of the Sistema Asia platform in Singapore and the Skolkovo Innovation Centre in Moscow. The ICT-Hub is expected to act as a “landing pad” for Russian and Singaporean companies seeking to expand in Singapore / Southeast Asia and Russia, respectively.
