Paper producer Segezha plans Moscow IPO

Russian companies are racing to go public in response to demand for emerging market assets. Paper producer Segezha is planning an initial public offering on the Moscow exchange, making it the latest in a series of Russian companies looking to tap surging investor demand.
Ecommerce site Ozon, which is co-owned by Sistema, has more than doubled its valuation to about $12.5bn after going public in New York last year.
