Sistema Capital АМ is an investment company that provides asset management services on global financial markets for individual and corporate customers.
The strategic goal of Sistema Capital is to become a leading asset management company oriented towards private and institutional investors (retail online, HNWIs, non-government pension funds) while continuing as a manager of Sistema Group’s liquidity and the vehicle for investment of Sistema’s funds in marketable securities with varied risk levels.
The company offers investment products on both Russian and foreign markets. These include bonds of Russian and foreign issuers in various segments and geographies, shares of companies from various countries, and derivatives.
According to the Expert RA rating agency, Sistema Capital ranked 15th among Russia's asset management companies in terms of assets under management (AuM) in 2019. In 2019, AuM grew by 40% from RUB 68.3 bn at the end of 2018 to RUB 95.5 bn at the end of 2019. As of June 30, 2020, assets under the company's management exceeded RUB 151 bn.
The mutual investment fund Sistema Capital Mobile. Bonds managed by Sistema Capital became the highest yielding fund in the Investfunds 2019 ranking of open-end mutual bond funds with NAVs of over RUB 50 mn.
In 2020, the Expert RA rating agency has affirmed Sistema Capital's asset manager reliability and service rating at A ++ level with a Stable outlook. The the highest level of the rating is due to the high diversification of the business, the quality of assets under management, risk management and IT infrastructure, as well as high growth rates of АuM (+ 41% for the period from 31.03.2019 to 31.03. 2020). The company has a significant financial reserves, and its operational efficiency allows to maintain a low level of remuneration for asset management services against the market benchmarks.
The company cooperates with non-government pension funds, including Sberbank's Pension Fund, under trust management agreements.
In 2019, Sistema Capital continued to develop its retail business under the MTS Investments brand, enabling it to significantly increase its customer base. The agent sales channel also expanded thanks to partnerships with the regional branches of MTS Bank.
