Igor Alyoshin graduated from Omsk Higher School of Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR with a degree in Law.

Professional experience

State awards: Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” (second class) and Medal for Distinction in the Protection of Public Order.

1989–2006

He held various positions at the criminal investigation department and units for combating economic crime at the Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Omsk region: Head of the Department for combating economic crime and then First Deputy Head and subsequently the Head of the criminal police of the Omsk region.

2006–2008

Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karelia.

2008–2011

Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

2011–2012

He was Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

2012–2014

He held various positions at Sistema Group, including Vice President for Security of MTS and Medsi.

2014–2018

He was Senior Vice President and Head of Security Service at MTS Bank.

2018

He was appointed Vice President for Security at Sistema PJSFC.
