At present, the Corporation's hospitality assets comprise 17 hotels in Russia, Italy, the Czech Republic and Namibia with a total of 3,750 rooms. Sistema's goal is to create a leading hotel operator able to efficiently manage own and third-party hotels
Sistema owns the VAO Intourist management company, the legal successor of the Soviet company Intourist founded in 1929, which has been successfully operating in the segment for many years. The company focuses on the development of 3*-5* hotels in some of the most popular business and tourist destinations in Russia and abroad: Moscow and the Moscow region, Petrozavodsk, the Republic of Altay, Italy, the Czech Republic, Namibia. It operates a total of 8 hotels, including one of Russia's and Europe's biggest hotels – Cosmos, with 1,777 rooms.
Sistema also owns 9 hotels in Moscow and other regions of Russia that operate under international brands: Courtyard by Marriott Paveletskaya (Moscow), Holiday Inn Express (Voronezh), and seven Park Inn hotels in Astrakhan, Volgograd, Izhevsk, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Sochi, and Yaroslavl.
The total number of rooms owned and operated by the Corporation is over 3,600 in Russia and 152 in other countries.
